MomentMingle stores event details and the photos and videos submitted to private event galleries. Hosts control their galleries and can remove uploaded content.

Information we process

We process host account identifiers, event information, uploaded files, filenames, file types and basic service activity needed to operate and secure the service.

How information is used

Information is used to provide event galleries, enforce plan limits, prevent abuse, support customers and maintain service security. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing and removal

Anyone with an event’s private link may be able to view approved gallery content. Do not upload content without permission. Contact the event host to request removal.

Retention

Files are retained for the period included with the host’s plan and may be deleted after expiration. Hosts should download important memories before that date.

This launch policy should be reviewed by qualified counsel before broad commercial release.
