Host responsibility

Event hosts are responsible for distributing private links carefully, moderating their galleries and responding to guests’ removal requests.

Prohibited content

Do not upload illegal, threatening, exploitative, infringing, malicious or privacy-violating content. MomentMingle may remove content or suspend access to protect users and the service.

Storage and availability

Upload limits and retention periods depend on the selected plan. Hosts are responsible for downloading and backing up important files before a gallery expires.

Launch notice

The service is currently in beta. Features and limits may change as the product is tested. These terms should be reviewed by qualified counsel before broad commercial release.
